Painting your front door is a super simple easy upgrade... Might be worth replacing the shutters too... It can really brighten a place up. This was a home in West Grove, where the new owners may have gotten a small discount due to the ugly faded brown shutters. We helped them with new shutters, some door paint, and new flooring... Personalizing it... Giving them the feeling of "it's OUR home. Our Forever Home.". If the sellers had made those upgrades, could they have gotten more? Probably. Which photo do you like better?
