I just want people to stop and read this. If you think you will drop your car off for an estimate hoping insurance will cover the costs, you are mistaken. I had 2 cars at the same time brought to them with instance claims. Both companies could not afford their unreasonable fees. My VW was taken apart more than it should’ve. They billed the insurance $3900 for teardown which they did not agree to, since insurance did not authorize them for that kind of tear down leaving me with $875 bill in order for me to take the car from them. They charged us $2570 for storage fees alone. Like many other reviews state, they do business unethically, and will keep your car as hostage until you pay their ridiculous amount of fees. My car had a quarter panel damage, they took half of the car apart. Total fraud!! See the pictures for yourself. One is the initial car damage and the other what they did for just an estimate. They tore my entire door panel for no reason, they tore the left headlight for no reason. This is just crazy. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life! If you do take your car here, ask them about all the fees and specifically state that any teardown or repairs must be authorized by your adjuster in order for them to proceed. I will be also filing DOI claim because this is ridiculous practice in the valley and must be stopped!

We had an outstanding experience with Cope Collision, and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle and our family. The insurance company we were dealing with was difficult, and ultimately did not pay what they initially agreed to, which created a stressful and frustrating situation. Despite this, the Cope Team advocated for us, communicated clearly, and worked tirelessly to find solutions that put our needs first. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a business that stands by its customers the way they did for us. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and would absolutely trust them again in the future. Our care was returned to us in pristine condition, and we are so happy with the quality of work!
