I reached out to these guys was told $250 to replace a window in my kitchen I busted out trying to kill a bug. After being told 2 hours for arrival the tech showed 5 hours later and did the work while it was dark outside with no light. I was charged over the price originally told to me and was advised it due tax and credit card charges when I was never offered a different payment method. We checked the work and there is cracks from where the glass had to be cut cause the size wasn’t correct the first time. The window now does not open and the trimming/molding has come off . I let them know about the difference in price I was charged and the terrible work with no resolve. I really wish I would have went with other people who provided a slightly higher quote because now the problem is even worse than before Update to reply to owners comment: it’s been 5 months and I have reached out! I would love to be able to use my window again!

Totally awesome! Impressive work 👌🏾! Budget friendly too! The technician just literally left my house a while ago. I called this afternoon and they missed my call. I received a return call shortly, and in 45 minutes a technician arrived to fix my window. A very polite and professional gentleman. Cleaned afterwards. His work was pretty neat, considering he was dealing with broken glass! I will post before and after pics. Excuse my backyard 🤭. Thanks for your honest reviews peeps 🙌That's what guided me to this company.

I am SO, SO grateful to Cooper Home Windows of Houston and specifically their technician, Eddie!! I needed a window repaired the same day it was broken due to a tremendous amount of rain forecasted for this evening and of course the security of my home. Eddie had the glass with him and I was not required to provide dimensions beforehand; he replaced the glass in a very speedy manner despite the rain coming down while installing it. You’re definitely a 5 star company and I will call you again if needed!

We paid in full for a sliding door with a screen. My husband asked beforehand if it had a screen. Door was installed with no screen. Paid full. Told 2 weeks for screen. They wouldn’t answer our calls and so after two weeks we complained to corporate. Got a call back finally and told two more weeks. Now it’s been two more weeks and still nothing. And still no answers. “Just still looking for it somewhere.” We have conversations about the screen. We paid in full we did everything right on our side and I apologize for this review but it is really hard to find companies who don’t take advantage! We probably won’t get our screen anymore that’s alright but this did not sit well with me. Thank you!

Cooper Home Window Repair responds quickly and was able to promptly schedule my cracked window repair. Price was very reasonable, good communication throughout, and friendly scheduler. Installer was polite and hard working. Would definitely recommend them!

Randy at Cooper Home Window repair was quick and responsive with quote and was available on a weekend, which is convenient. The gentleman Eddie that arrived was professional, quick, clean, and efficient for installing my large broken window within 30 minutes. However, 4 stars are suitable for this contractor because the original quote was misleading. I pre-paid online for deposit and taxes (appx 25% of job), after job was completed I received final invoice that had me paying total 30% over original quote because it didn't factor original deposit and taxes... After speaking with Randy and realizing the error, he dropped price down and sent another invoice that resulted in 10% more than I had originally anticipated paying. Please note, the square app does apply a tip feature that you can drop to $0, so that was not part of the equation. If you use their services, be aware you may pay an additional 10%-12% over original quote in taxes and fees... this is the first time I have ever paid a contractor sales tax and fees on top of quote. My advice to company is to be upfront with a true total cost for completed job. They already do a great job with everything else related to the service provided. (This has been edited)

I placed a servi ce call, thr charge was $125 the technician was in my home 6 minutes. He cut the spring which was causing the window not to close. The tech stated the office would call me on a price for the springs. This morning the office called stating the springs would be 85$ each depending on how many I needed the tech would have to come back out then order the springs then return to placed them in the windows. They would not consider the $125 I already spent..rip off don't use them. The tech was lost and he arrived at 635 pm

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a commercial repair on a window and they cracked the window and the one next to it during installation. This was not discovered until after they had been paid. We called them to come back and fix on numerous occasions. When they showed up, they only pretended to fix the problem. Since then they will no longer answer our calls or emails. They also did not provide an invoice and google has no physical address for them so we cannot go to the business and talk face to face about the matter. BEWARE!!! Would give them ZERO stars but google won't post the review unless at least one star is assigned.

Randel was professional, careful, and paid attention to detail. Really appreciate his fast service and professional, careful, and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company for window repairs.
