On 04/03 our A/C went out, after troubleshooting I could not find the solution to our A/C not working. I called “Cooling on Demand” and spoke to Daniel, I explained our issue and that my mom has medical needs. He came over on 04/04 at 9 am and troubleshooted our A/C, we thought it was a relatively simple fix but it turns out it wasn’t economical to repair so we decided to replace the unit since it was about 17+ years old. Daniel was very attentive to our budget constraints and worked with us as much as he could. Today 04/06 our unit was replaced and we couldn’t be happier. The whole service was done cleanly and professionally and Daniel walked us through all our questions. I highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Daniel was wonderful to work with. He came out to our home on short notice, diagnosed our issue and educated us during the process. He offered us services that were needed to prolong the life of our ac system and was able to perform them quickly and efficiently. After receiving 3 different quotes from other companies for an A/C repair in my apartment, Cooling On Demand contacted me and they had a technician who was able to arrive within the hour (it was around 830pm on a Monday night). Daniel arrived and within a few minutes he had already diagnosed the problem with the A/C. He told me how he would repair it and gave me some tips on how to avoid the issue from happening again. The pricing was extremely fair and after dealing with companies that were asking for $230 just as a deposit (which would not be paid back to you after the repair) I will 100% continue using Cooling on Demand and Daniel for any work I need done. The owner is the most honest, knowledgeable and professional ac expert I’ve ever dealt with. Prices are super fair. The quality of the work was so detailed, and excellent. It’s obvious he takes pride in the quality of his work. He and his assistant were extremely personable and nice.
