I appreciate a company that actually does what it says it will do! The customer service experience was very good, the technician (Wyatt) was knowledgeable and patient working with a rip-off extended warranty company (HWA), and I expect the new HVAC system to work as expected for many years.

Cool Down Heating & Air did an excellent job repairing our heater. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The technician clearly explained the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or upselling.
