Good secure storage units. I would have liked that in the future they give clients access on Sundays and public holidays. For example install a GSM unit in the remote gates whereby you can phone the gate to open from a registered number.

Update: After writing this review I was given a full refund for the unit I was supposed to occupy. I am truly thankful for the refund however, disappointed by die service the I received. I hope that they can provide a better service to all future customers. Thank you for my refund. Absolutely awful service! I weren't even able to get my stuff into storage as they were not able to provide access to the unit on a Sunday EVEN THOUGH the contract clearly states that you are able to do so via prior arrangement. They just didn't care about me as a customer and even though I cancelled the contract I kept receiving invoices (at least 4 each day!) and they refused to refund my deposit. Once they've taken your money they can't be reached on any of the phone numbers they provided initially and they just ignore all email correspondence. PLEASE - just don't even go there!!!! Stay well clear of these scammers.

I can clean and a have experience

Sadly Dissatisfied and DISAPPOINTED. We've been living abroad for many years and rented space to store our household items here, sadly when we returned to the container, we walked into most depressing thing, our furniture and household items are stolen. Locks were broken off. No one on the premises can help us to assist us in knowing what happened. We've just been told that it's not their fault. Not one of the caretakers, management nor security identified that there was broken into our container. They have alarms, security cameras and people staying on the premises so assure you that your goods are well looked after and safe, but none of it is working. Don't be fooled. The manager / owner couldn't even be of any assistance. We were just told that they are too busy to help. If you rent here be very careful. R500 a month is cheap to pay, only to realise that your things aren't safe. You'll be disappointed like we are.

The security has been upgraded with beams and cameras and very friendly a d professional guy who looks after the place. The service is always good here. Have been using the storage facility for 3 years. We've never experienced/heard of any break-in.

Would not recommend at all. All my valuables were stolen. The locks were still on when I went to check. It was the same locks that they sell in the office. I would suggest that the people who are using this storage facility rather move their stuff before it also gets stolen. Owner had arrogant attitude when I reported the situation.

Good Day to All, If you have a unit or more at this storage depot, I strongly advise that you check your unit/s ASAP - This storage facility has a serious pilferage issue and your belongings may have been pilfered recently. The owners and management are not taking it upon themselves to notify their clients accordingly. The culprits have found a way to get into the units without interfering with the door locks however if you have secured your unit with a center lock, this lock would have been removed. The culprits have ample time on their hands to steel your belongings from your storage unit.

Terrible experience. STAY AWAY! ALL our valuables have been stolen. The thieves had a lot of time to go through everything and remove all of our furniture. Locks were still on. Owner/workers take no responsibility.
