Zack and his full team at Contact Construction are fantastic. They did a major project a few years ago and did an awesome job. They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and timely. They clean up and take away all materials. Zack was easy to work with and made suggestions, changes/ additions or ideas. Zack was very accessible when I had any questions or concerns. Thank you Zack for your patience with my calls and craziness. Recently we had another big job that had to be done. Once again Zack and his team were awesome. Zach and team at Contact Construction are fantastic! They fully gutted and remodeled a very dated plastered and tiled bathroom in our 200 year old house. As could be expected, they ran into some roadblocks along the way, but they kept us apprised of issues and had the expertise to address everything they encountered quickly. Zach was in constant communication with us and his team always showed up as expected. The pricing was fair, the quality and attention to detail was top notch, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and his crew (especially James!) was lovely to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more for jobs big or small. We definitely will be working with Contact Construction again.

I highly recommend Contact Construction if you are looking to have any work done. We have used them several times in the past two years for various work around our home. Most recently for some minor repair work and painting of the forst floor. Zach was easy to work with and was able to make suggestions for some changes/additions to our initial idea and it worked out so much better! He was very accessible when we had questions and easy to work with for scheduling. Pricing for the project was good too, and he even included some options that could be added or removed, really providing us with a complete estimate on which to base our decision. Dennis and Nick took care of all the work for us, and completed ahead of schedule. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with (and they didn't mind our cats who think they are everyone's supervisor!) They were very clean and took every step to protect the furniture and floors. They also kept us up to date on the progress and what the next day(s) of work would entail. We will definitely be using them again un the future for any work we need. I cannot say enough great things about Zack and the team at Contact Construction. They have recently completed and full renovation on my master bath and the whole experience was very seamless. Zack and his team are highly professional and are committed to providing quality work. From initial consultation to completion, Zack was extremely patient answering all my questions, flexible when working around my schedule, and went above and beyond helping to look for the lost cat (turns out he wasn't). When we ran into an issue with the floor, Zack and team was committed in getting me exactly what I wanted - even delaying the project to help achieve that. I don't know where to start with this review! Working with Zach and his crew has been nothing but fantastic. We contacted Zach around April to have some kitchen renovations done; he was highly responsive and scheduled us immediately for an in-home consultation. Once he was here, he gave us realistic exceptions on what we could do with the space and was very thorough with taking all his measurements and explaining every step needed. While he was over, we also had him look over our guest bathroom and decided that since we were going to be in the midst of renovations, we might as well have the bathroom renovated as well. We loved his personality and how he made us feel like we weren't just another job to him; he made us feel like our home was his home. We planned to start around June once our kids were out of school, and as we discussed, we started promptly on our scheduled date. Zach kept us updated with each day as the job was going. We moved into my parent's house while the renovations were taking place ( 3 kids and no kitchen with all the dust was going to be a disaster, LOL ) he would send us pictures as the project progressed and always ensured we were informed about every detail. Zach is not only an extremely hard worker, but he truly loves his job and his clients; you can see that through his work and communication. We have since hired him for so many other projects. We own two restaurants in Newtown, and he has done construction work for both since our home renovations. Zach, you're stuck with us for life, sir! Can’t say enough good things about the Contact Construction team. I’ve been dreading the whole house renovation project since I moved in, knowing the exterior would eventually have to be totally redone. But Zach and the whole crew made it as easy and seamless as possible, explaining every step along the way, and answering all of my questions in laymen’s terms, as this was the first major project I’ve had to take on on my own. From Serj tackling every snag that came up during siding, to Amber in the office, helping me to figure out my financing, the entire gang went above and beyond, but more importantly, were upfront and honest. I know for the future, there will be no need to go through the tedious hassle of gathering multiple estimates. Contact Construction will be my go to company for all future projects to come. Thanks for turning my little old house into the gem on the block. Wish my Dad was here to see the finished project, I know he would be proud!

Zach is a great contractor. I had a vision and he quite literally brought it to life! Of course we had some bumps along the way but he kept us at ease and the project turned out better than I could imagine! He also has a great team behind him.
