My husband and I have been banking with them for several years. We decided to apply for an auto loan through them because we were seeking a low interest rate. We believe we made an excellent decision in choosing CCU for our auto loan. Angel Arizmendi provided exceptional customer service and the necessary resources to help us make an informed decision. The process, from pre-approval to loan closing, was very smooth and transparent. We secured the best rate we could have imagined.

I highly recommend this place to bank with. They have a lot to offer since they are a credit union. Anytime, I need anything they help me with my accounts. They go above and beyond for customers. Their ATM and video ATM is always available when the bank is closed, so it is convenient. Their in person and on the phone customer service is also focused, friendly, and efficient. They have clean and cozy offices. I love this place and glad I chose to bank with them!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR COMMERCIAL LENDING. I refinanced from them to another bank back in 2020 and they never released my properties and now I cant close my refi now because it shows they still are a lien holder and they are not. They never filed the paperwork and now they won't answer phone calls. I requested them to call the past week and nothing. Now I have to drive over an hour to resolve this. If you need a good bank for commercial then go with Old National Bank. During the time I was with Motorola/Consumer credit union I owned a 6 unit apartment building that they didn't have a loan with but used as collateral for other buildings. I asked them if they would finance it then and they said no but you can sell it. By the time I sold it the deal I had for 3 six unit building with a garage was sold. As of today those building are worth $1.5 million more than 8 years ago. Stay away from this bank and Mark Holliday.

I stopped by this location as I’m considering switching financial institutions, and the staff made a great first impression by greeting me as soon as I walked through the door. I sat with Wallace, who explained what makes Consumers different, showed me the video tellers, and even introduced me to the branch manager. I will most likely become a Consumers member in the near future.

This past week I was in the process of refinancing my vehicle from Capital One and I was given the idea to try a credit union instead of a big box bank. My family has dealt with Consumers since before they merged with Meadows CU so I gave it a try and I am so happy I did. Angel Arizmendi is wonderful, he was able to work with me in order to get my car refinance and a big loan to consolidate all my debt. Everything was done same day and checks mailed overnight out. Not only did he secure me an amazing deal and save me money on the warranty, but he also managed to get everything done in a timely manner, all without me even needing to come into the office.
