I am quite frustrated with the service provided as he had to flip the dishwasher on its side and he didn’t put anything down or ask to have anything down to protect our hardwood floors. It was also very frustrating because I tried to ask him questions on what the problem was and he was incredibly non responsive in his clipped answers. I felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything.
Our hardwood floors are now all scratched up, and it was a very preventable problem. I’m incredibly upset.

The technician seemed good however there was zero follow-through. I asked them to call me with prices. There was absolutely no follow-through. I would never use him again.
