Here is the review. I recently had Conserv Pest & Wildlife Services come out because I thought I had a rat problem—but thanks to Jim Phillips, I quickly learned the real issue was flying squirrels! Jim was incredibly informative from the moment he arrived. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home, explain exactly what was happening, and show me how the squirrels were getting inside. What truly impressed me was Jim’s knowledge and his commitment to humane solutions. He walked me through their removal process, assured me that the animals would not be harmed, and made me feel completely confident in the plan moving forward. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were top-notch. If you’re dealing with any kind of wildlife issue, I highly recommend Conserv Pest & Wildlife Services—and especially Jim Phillips. Exceptional service, expert guidance, and compassion for the critters. Couldn’t ask for better!

Augie was a personable and professional serviceman and I’m so appreciative of his help!! He returned my call very quickly on a Saturday and gave me great advice to keep our pests at bay until he could get to our home and do an assessment. He was a great communicator and arrived at the house right on time. He throughly went thru the house and offered his expertise at length, satisfying all of our questions and concerns.
