Edit #3 Micheal did come out and cap a leaking water line in my rv and he didn’t charge me to come out. I forgot about this during my original review. I do not want to put out false info on anyone’s company. Edit. Everything that the owner said in the response is all LIES. Not one thing she replied is true. They didn’t tell me any of the things that they are claiming. These people are lying crooks and I will take them to court since they refuse to come out and fix the problem that they knew was a problem from the start and never not once said anything about an electrician besides that he was handling everything thing. He actually said that the other company that I talked to didn’t do electrical work correctly and that his company did everything by the book and the price of $5500 included everything including the electrical work of the septic tank and he charged me $500 to put in a water line. I did not ask them to leave any plywood or anything to be exact. They brought 2pieces of used plywood and some used pallets and some rotten creosote timbers. Definitely not $700 worth. I have pictures and videos to prove everything I say is true. Every conversation I had with the plumber is on my surveillance cameras with audio. Everything that they did is also on surveillance cameras. And they did not finance anything for me. I paid everything except for $300 because I was gonna pay that when he came back to fix the stuff that he had destroyed in my yard and they never came but I paid it anyway, because I said I would, but so far they haven’t done anything. They ONLY TRIED TO CONTACT ME ONCE. And as soon as I got her message I promptly sent her $300. I never insisted anything. He told me that the tank was on its way and he would be finished by the end of the day. It didn’t show up. It also didn’t show up the next day and I ask him if I needed to find another tank dealer and he said no. He said he was going to find one more dependable because the one he called lied to him about being broke down on the way to deliver the tank. I never insisted on anything. And he didn’t fix anything on my rv. When he hooked up the water hose to my rv it was leaking and he told me that he was coming out to fix it. He did come out and try to fix it and couldn’t. It was a faulty hose that he installed so I went and bought a new one and fixed it myself. Again, every single thing she responded is a total lie. He told me that it was under warranty for a year And again NEVER said anything to me about an me having to hire an electrician to come out. And I did not have any electrical problems and still don’t have any electrical problems so I don’t know where she’s getting that from. I actually liked Micheal, the plumber and owner, and didn’t have any problem with him until I noticed septic system was not working. Connie’s plumbing is a fraud and I wish I would have read all of the reviews before using them. Edit #2: there are actually 4 pieces of plywood originally I said there were only 2. BE WARNED!!!! They came out and installed a septic tank and left my place in a mess. Destroyed my concrete slab and left huge ruts with a skid steer. Destroyed my fence with the bucket of an excavator. This was two months ago and now the septic tank is leaking raw sewage and the sprinklers have never worked. I have contacted them many many times and was finally told they would come out this week. When I try to get a time and day I am totally ignored. I will be contacting the consumer protection agency and the plumber licensing board since they ignore me and won’t come out to fix the problem $6000 is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work. If that doesn’t help I will get a lawyer. There is no mistake or miscommunication. I have never dealt with a “company” with a terrible business practice like this. Now that I’m reading the reviews I see what a big mistake I made. When I initially talked to the owner I was feed a line of shit and I fell for it. I just want them to honor their warranty and come fix what’s broken and doesn’t work.

I made a call and was told what day they come out. They come out and and worked hard and got the job done in a decent time. Definitely will be using them again!

Made several appointments and reappointments over the course of the week for a blockage. They would neither show up nor call to reschedule. When we called to find out what was going on they would say they were busy with another job. This isn't how you run a business, you don't burn clients by ignoring appointments repeatedly. But then I guess they don't really need the 400$ all that much given how often they seem to do the same to their clientele. Skip these folk and find another company that respects your time.

They did an awesome job! I called them at 2:30, and they had someone here by 3:30. He fixed the leak and was on his way. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible Business very unprofessional… They did work for us in the past and we decided to use them again because they already worked on what needed to be done… we called them several times they said they was coming and never showed up.. Then had the nerves to text us the price of their labor (after not answering) and still not come do the job… Never recommend this company to anyone! If y’all are busy have the decency to tell paying customers that instead of giving them the run around!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

After being assigned Connie’s Plumbing by our Home Warranty company, Connie kept promising they would show up and then repeatedly broke that promise. She claimed rain was the reason they didn't come. This happened Jan. 16 & 17. It stopped raining midday the 16th and didn't rain at all on the 17th. They didn't care to call & or show up. They knew I took off work to be here for them. They’re extremely inconsiderate and I wouldn’t trust them.

This company is used by our home warranty company. This morning the hot water heater sprung a leak at its spigot. I called and texted pics. They were out within a couple of hours. Repair made in about 30 minutes and as a courtesy, they flushed the sediment. All is well. Good service and nice people.

My home warranty reached out to them and scheduled an online appointment when our hot water heater went out. They worked with me when I called to ensure they had a replacement for me that afternoon. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Had a pipe burst in the coldest winter of this generation. Connie and Michael were out in under an hour and done in about the same time. The level of service and professionalism is second-to-none. I cannot recommend Connie's Plumbing enough. The knowledge, workmanship and cost are unbeatable!
