I've been with Confidence dental practise for many years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Shortly after my daughter was born, I scheduled her in for her own appointment (which the team made so easy) to introduce her to the dentist and get her first toothbrush. Now 2 years old she still absolutely loves visiting the dentist! The staff go above and beyond in making her feel part of the team whether she's with the wonderful Reception ladies or helping the dentists & hygienists themselves during my own appointments. They each naturally and seemingly effortlessly make the visits fun and enjoyable for her. Every single team member takes the time to smile and chat to her despite being busy which I'm so grateful for as it is lovely to watch. She's very comfortable with the team so a pleasure to take her in with me. Thank you guys for your consistently exceptional service, it is massively valued and appreciated! ❤️

From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted with a big smile from the lovely receptionists making you feel very welcome. All the staff and very friendly, helpful and professional. I saw Dr Polly Kent who was very reassuring and explained my teartment options very well. All my questions were answered and I felt that I was safe hands. I have also seen a hygienist, Chloe Taylor, and again, so kind and welcoming. Chloe explained techniques very clearly in a way that I could understand properly. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist to visit.

The team—both the staff and dentists—are consistently friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend confidence dental. My whole family visit Sam at confidence. She is so caring, gentle and makes you feel at ease. Her kind and reassuring nature enables you to relax even when having treatment. My son enjoys his dental appointments thanks to Sam. We highly recommend them.

Felt at home here not just because it’s opposite my clinic, but because the staff weee so welcoming. Dr Tom Brae was exceptional. The best dentist and so patient with my in depth questioning. Fab experience.

I am a very nervous patient due to multiple past surgery, and treatment. Yesterday I saw Thomas and his Dental Nurse Olivia - they were both so kind, calm and patient with me. He explained every step of the way and they both continued to check on me during my treatment. I felt at ease even in my panicked state, and it was a much better experience than previous.
