One of the drivers for this company ran us off the road and never stopped. We called the company and NEVER received a call back. We had no damage to our vehicle so we did not involve the police. The windows on this particular vehicle were pitch black. We tried to get the drivers attention but he didn’t even look over. We blew our horn and couldn’t get their attention either. If their driving is anything like their work, I’d steer clear. No pun intended.

Will and his crew were timely, courteous, and worked diligently with excellence to install a new cement patio at the back of our condo. We are pleased with the product.

We had a new porch and patio slabs added to our house. Will was great about providing design ideas that helped us see potential we did not know existed. Efficient and friendly crew, excellent pricing, and finished work that absolutely increases the enjoyment and value of our home. Highly recommend!

Will and his team did a great job on our hot tub slab! We had an odd spot we wanted filled and they made it work before winter set in! Started around 8am and he was able to pour before 1pm! He was very responsive and even took pictures of it during and after the job was done to update us. He was also very affordable. More than $2K less than our previous quotes! We definitely recommend him! Thanks Will and team!

Just had our sidewalk and part of our garage replaced. They did an awesome job. It was a complex job because of extreme lifting of the sidewalk by a 60 year old tree root. But the end result was outstanding. Courteous, respectful of property. Highly recommend.

Working with Will was great! He responded promptly when I was looking for an estimate and was able to fit me in quickly (within a week or so) for a 40ft sidewalk replacement after the initial estimate. Also gave me some tips with maintenance and sealant products. Would highly recommend!

Had will install a new driveway. Within a few months a crack began to run down 3 center panels. Will promised a repair in writing but avoided me for almost 2 seasons. He finally came out a few weeks ago and smeared black caulk in the crack on my white driveway. It looks horrible. He refuses to respond to any requests to explain why he did such a pointless ugly repair. I’ve reached out multiple times to try and come to some sort of agreement to repair crack correctly. No response. I would avoid this business. Update to review after Will’s response. Will did offer to repair giant crack and filled with caulk. It was not repair I expected and we agreed at time that affected area should be replaced. I patiently waited over 2 seasons with Will always saying he would “put my repair on his schedule”. That never happened. I’ve reached out to Will AGAIN after he posted this inaccurate reply and surprise , surprise , he refuses to respond. It’s one thing to make a mistake with your work. I can accept that. But refusing to do the right thing and then lying about it is something entirely different.

I had Concrete by Will expand my patio, and they did a fantastic job! The price was fair, they kept to the schedule, and communication was excellent throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was their integrity—an accidental break of my shed door lock was promptly addressed and replaced without me even needing to say anything. I truly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any concrete work!
