Julian and team did a great job helping us remake the landscape of our front yard; digging out the sod, adding boulders, doing the patio and walkways, planting some plants and adding mulch. He was very responsive, did all the things we asked and was very accommodating as this project unfolded. Results were fantastic.

I can’t say enough about Julian and his entire crew. I started with a 30+ year old retaining wall patio with a paver block top bordered by landscape rocks, and ended up with a beautiful outdoor living space. Julian was so patient as we worked to level the aging structure very close to the day of pouring the new concrete. He was a fantastic communicator throughout the process and was able to explain things to me in layman's terms. He also worked to meet me on budget. Concrete Apparatus not exactly what you may think about, when thinking of Yard maintenance, however, they are Concrete in their service delivery!! Outstanding communication skills!! They put themselves on the opposite side of the barrow, providing service as if your yard and were their own yard or family member!! I've had other services come along and still saw i'd have much work left behind to do on my own. I'm a senior, with a large yard and the services I received were thorough and beyond expectation! Julian and his crew came to my rescue. When I described what I thought was the problem with my concrete driveway, other contractors were not interested as the job seemed too small and not worth their time. Julian, however; agreed to help me out. After beginning the work, a number of additional challenges presented themselves. The project turned out to be a much larger undertaking requiring more planning, materials, and time. He not only identified additional drainage problems and water damage that I had not noticed, but came up with solutions to resolve them. He also expanded a parking pad near the garage, turning it from useless to a usable spot to park an extra vehicle. He is a pleasure to work with—personable, trustworthy, and very, very, patient. He explains the work and timelines, he responds promptly to calls and texts. He was willing to make accommodations to help me make this unexpectedly expanded project more affordable. The site was cleaned up thoroughly—both in my yard and in the street. Despite significant increases in time and materials—and a relentless stretch of bad weather that wreaked havoc with his schedule—I now have a beautifully finished driveway and garage floor that I expect will last a good long time.

Julian and his team did an amazing job on our concrete patio!
