I have used CEC multiple times and the service has always been excellent. In most recent experiences (2 in 4 months) they maintained the same standard of excellence. Ozzie was prompt, quickly identified my issue, had the equipment with him that I needed to replace, and then activated it for me. I would have been at a loss otherwise. I do not hesitate to recommend CEC and Ozzie. They set the bar very high and deserve my vote of confidence.

I have been using Computer Experts for the past few years and I couldn't be any happier with their wonderful service! If I run into any problems or have any questions about my computer, I call Ozzie and he is here before the end of the day. His computer skills are outstanding! I can always count on this Company for their great Customer Service and impeccable work! I highly recommend trying them for all your computer needs! You will not be sorry!

I feel very fortunate to have found Ozzie to install my desktop (it had lots of special software so not easy). He was ultra-responsive and then proved to be extremely knowledgeable and energetic. Thanks, Ozzie, I feel like my computer worries are over.

Ozzie Feyzi is the best of the best---highly competent, professional and very responsive when you need him. Over the years when I lived in Saratoga I used his services (CEC ) on a regular basis. I moved to San Diego in early 2020 and recently encountered a major problem with one of my work computers that effectively shut it down for various reasons. I am CPA and this is potentially a disastrous situation in the middle of tax season. I contacted Ozzie and he was extremely helpful. I shipped my primary computer to him via Fed Ex overnight service on Friday. He received it around 9.30 am on Saturday morning, corrected the problems and shipped the computer back to me via Fed Ex overnight. I received the computer on Sunday midday and was able to reconnect it and start working again. Ozzie is the professional you need on your side when there is a problem. I am delighted to give him and CEC 5 stars in all of the above categories.

Thank you, Ozzie, for always responding promptly and keeping my computer in good shape. As for the latest updates provided in June 2020, my computer is running better than it has been for the past several months. As an older "non-techie", I've appreciated your help and expertise over the years.

We have used CEC for a while. They're fast, reasonable, and trustworthy. Any issues regarding your computer or network and best you do not need to disconnect anything and they are just a phone call away. They have A+ rating with BBB so I'll be sticking with them as long as they're in business. I am very satisfied and a customer for life.

Ozzie has been handling my Home computers, printers, and routers since, June, 2013. He is the best. He responds quickly, and does the best job ever. No one but Ozzie works on my computers, etc.

This firm is the answer to computer difficulties! Ozzie is kind and quick, patient and thorough. I have total confidence is his professionalism. He has put an end to my anxiety about my computer experience.

Yesterday I was in a panic that my PC was not working, and I needed to use it. I called Ozzie (on a Sunday morning), and he came right over and fixed everything. He also advised me on things I can do in the future to avoid the problems again. I'm so grateful!
