Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. I brought my Lenovo laptop in for warranty repairs and he was very methodical in diagnosing the issue and getting the correct replacement parts. He communicated with me every day to keep me in the loop on his progress and within a week I had my computer back with brand new replacement parts. Highly recommend Chris and this business!
