Completely Coordinated truly made our day absolutely perfect, which was particularly impressive since I only decided to book them about a month before the wedding! Juli and her team did a stellar job with everything, from reaching out to vendors to helping me navigate the design process. Their Aisle Planner software was easy to use and incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding day, especially the seating chart, guest list organizer, and to-do checklist. I highly recommend taking advantage of this software package when you book, it was such a life-saver! Throughout the entire process, the folks at Completely Coordinated were highly communicative, punctual, and flexible (traits that made for smooth sailing leading up to the wedding, and, most importantly, during the big day). Having only decided to utilize the services of a wedding coordinator a month before the wedding, I was worried that it would be difficult to find someone that could help me with the final details without breaking the bank, but Juli worked with me through the initial stages of the booking process to find a solution that worked especially well for us (and we so so appreciate that, truly can't thank them enough for being so flexible!!). All in all, the whole team did an absolutely incredible job of guiding me through the planning process and making me feel totally at ease when the day finally arrived. I truly felt that the day ran so smoothly and I completely recognize that the team at Completely Coordinated is responsible for that success! No matter what your day looks like, I can confidently say that Juli and her team will make magic happen for you (they certainly did for me)!

The Completely Coordinated team was SPECTACULAR. If wedding coordinating was an Olympic sport they would win Gold, Silver AND Bronze. Juli, Kisa, Keegan, Molly, and Victoria handled the entire wedding so smoothly, professionally and with meticulous attention to detail that it was so easy to allow us to turn our brains off and just enjoy our wedding day. Even with the unexpected challenges and stress of the government shut down, Juli and the team handled everything with grace and ease that allowed us to feel calm and confident the whole time. Most notably, Juli’s game time decision making is fantastic and she had great intuition when making real time changes, such as placement of the bars due to space and flow and switching where the bride entered to walk down the aisle for optimal photography. Our wedding was the greatest day of our lives and we wouldn’t have been able to have done it without Completely Coordinated. If you want a team that are not only pros at what they do, but who TRULY CARE about making your special day the best it could possibly be, then I highly recommend Completely Coordinated to be that team for you, just like they were for us.

Trusting the Completely Coordinated team to manage the flow and details of our wedding day was the best and easiest decision we could have made. Juli and Zhanna were angels behind the scenes making sure everything was going smoothly so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They worked actual magic to bring our vision to life and to execute a perfect day from first look to ceremony to reception to tear down. I can’t imagine our day without them. Juli is incredibly organized and her attention to detail and calming presence is something we really valued and cherished most in working with her. She is patient, a great listener and someone we could just fully rely on. If we could have another wedding just to hire Juli again we would. Working with Juli and Completely Coordinated was one of the highlights of our wedding planning journey. There were so many things that made this a positive experience that we don’t know where to begin. First off, communication was excellent. Despite being our “day of” coordinator, Juli scheduled a video call early in the planning process and gave us an overview of the timeline and advice on how to approach planning and what we should focus on early. We were planning our wedding in DC from the other side of the country, so Juli was very helpful in recommending local vendors and even restaurants for having a welcome reception before the wedding. She was also accommodating to our schedule as we had to perform our walkthrough earlier than usual due to having to come in from out of town. It became apparent that she has had a lot of experience in planning in the DMV area, evidenced by the fact that she had worked with many of our vendors before, and had worked at our specific venue (Meridian House) before our event—all of this experience was very comforting. Completely Coordinated also made the planning process very organized and controllable. We were given complimentary access to Aisle Planner, where we could enter all of our guest information, view and edit the timeline and to-do list, and edit all the seating arrangements and rental placements in an accurate to scale map of our specific venue. We had some miscommunication with our florist (this was before Juli was involved), so we were short on bud vases. Juli kindly offered to provide Completely Coordinated’s own vases because they were identical to the ones we needed–what a sweet gesture! Leading up to the wedding day, Juli made life as easy as possible for us. She was the point person and handled communication with all of our other vendors, making sure everything was in line and prepared for our big day. On the day of the wedding, Juli had three additional team members from Completely Coordinated, and they all did an amazing job—we’re happy to report that everything went perfectly. The team managed the timeline with a smile, assisted and ushered guests from event to event, seamlessly repurposed our floral arrangements and even put together the floral arrangements for the dinner tables, and let us just enjoy the day without worrying about the details. We really cannot rave enough about Juli and Completely Coordinated, so please reach out if you want to hear more! Juli was incredibly kind, personable, communicative, organized, detailed, and overall just a pleasure to work with. She was always advocating on our behalf—for example one of our vendors would not get back to us despite our multiple efforts to get in touch with them and Juli interceded. Going with Completely Coordinated was one of the best choices we made for our wedding!

Juli and the Completely Coordinated team were a dream to work with. My husband and I decided to go with the "White Package," which is the base-level coordination package. Although the team was only required to help out during the rehearsal and day of, Juli was very responsive and was a great resource for me from the moment we booked her services. For anyone looking at this package, please note that you WILL need to do most of the planning, but starting about a month out (when things get really chaotic), you can expect Juli to step in and keep you organized and on top of any deadlines and important final details. On the day of, we were truly able to let go and enjoy our wedding because the team was so efficient/detailed oriented when it came to setting up everything exactly as we envisioned, managing the flow of our schedule, and packing things back up for us. We highly recommend that anyone planning a wedding invest the extra money to get a coordinator or full on wedding planner because it is totally worth it!

It was an incredible experience working with Completely Coordinated. From the beginning of our wedding planning journey they have been an invaluable resource. We cannot imagine (and don't want to imagine) doing this all on our own. We had several issues with vendors upholding their part of the contract, and Completely Coordinated went to successfully advocate on our behalf. On wedding day, their staff were so attentive and professional. We are so lucky to have found Completely Coordinated and to work with them. They really made the whole experience stress-free and our day memorable and special. It was such a beautiful and happy day for us without any hiccups.

I can't say enough good things about Juli, Fez, Kisa, and Jolie from Completely Coordinated. They were incredibly detail-oriented and unfazed by any challenge throughout the event. Their flexibility and organization made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took my 70-page planning document and executed it perfectly, showcasing their professionalism and creativity. Hiring Juli and her team for our wedding was the best and most valuable decision we made. The day was better than we ever imagined and that would not have been possible without Completely Coordinated. We were able to fully enjoy our day trusting everything would be taken care of. Every detail was planned impeccably but, as we all know, not everything goes as planned. Whether it was an unexpected guest who did not RSVP, space constraints, or even the cake being larger than expected, every hiccup was resolved without hesitation. I’m sure Juli and her team resolved many other challenges that my husband and I were never aware of. They are amazing at what they do, we cannot recommend them enough!

We hired Kisa from Completely Coordinated to help us with day-of (really month-of) coordination for our wedding in Washington DC in July 2025, and we really couldn't have been happier with her work! Kisa went above and beyond her call of duty, jumping on the phone and doing several prep calls with us in the month leading up to our wedding, being incredibly available the week of the wedding for any last-minute questions, and even helping us navigate a tricky scheduling mishap for the walkthrough with our venue at the last minute. On the day of our wedding, she immediately took charge and coordinated everything with all of our vendors so that we didn't even have to think about the logistics and could be fully present in the moment the entire day. When a thunderstorm looked like it was rolling in just before the outdoor ceremony, Kisa thought and moved quickly on her feet, calmly informing us and working seamlessly with the venue staff to shift our ceremony up 15 minutes in order to miss the rain and lightning -- and it worked like a charm! Kisa was simultaneously professional and fun, and we can't imagine working with a better coordinator, especially for such a reasonable price. Thank you Kisa!!

Juli and the team at Completely Coordinated were perfect in every way. We began our coordinate search with 5 options, and it was clear from the start that Juli and her organized and responsive approach was the way to go for month of coordination. Not to mention the company is extremely LGBTQ friendly and absolute advocates. I cannot state this enough — but being able to have a trusted resource to ask questions, have contracts reviewed, and organize details is a MUST! I have never planned a wedding before and having the skill and knowledge of Juli and team was a time (and money) saver! Need vendors lists?, Done. Need venue map and seating charts? Done. Need to email a question at midnight and get an answer in 24 hours?, Done. Need a piece of art moved at your venue when everyone said it could happen?, Done! I am a very organized and detailed person, but with all of the spinning plates of a wedding having the coordination of Juli and team made things feel seamless. If you think you don’t need a coordinator, or you’re on the fence I promise it will be worth it — and if you’re between options I also promise you won’t regret the choice to go with Completely Coordinated. They were fantastic.
