Completely Coordinated

Completely Coordinated truly made our day absolutely perfect, which was particularly impressive since I only decided to book them about a month before the wedding! Juli and her team did a stellar job with everything, from reaching out to vendors to helping me navigate the design process. Their Aisle Planner software was easy to use and incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding day, especially the seating chart, guest list organizer, and to-do checklist. I highly recommend taking advantage of this software package when you book, it was such a life-saver! Throughout the entire process, the folks at Completely Coordinated were highly communicative, punctual, and flexible (traits that made for smooth sailing leading up to the wedding, and, most importantly, during the big day). Having only decided to utilize the services of a wedding coordinator a month before the wedding, I was worried that it would be difficult to find someone that could help me with the final details without breaking the bank, but Juli worked with me through the initial stages of the booking process to find a solution that worked especially well for us (and we so so appreciate that, truly can't thank them enough for being so flexible!!). All in all, the whole team did an absolutely incredible job of guiding me through the planning process and making me feel totally at ease when the day finally arrived. I truly felt that the day ran so smoothly and I completely recognize that the team at Completely Coordinated is responsible for that success! No matter what your day looks like, I can confidently say that Juli and her team will make magic happen for you (they certainly did for me)!

The Completely Coordinated team was SPECTACULAR. If wedding coordinating was an Olympic sport they would win Gold, Silver AND Bronze. Juli, Kisa, Keegan, Molly, and Victoria handled the entire wedding so smoothly, professionally and with meticulous attention to detail that it was so easy to allow us to turn our brains off and just enjoy our wedding day. Even with the unexpected challenges and stress of the government shut down, Juli and the team handled everything with grace and ease that allowed us to feel calm and confident the whole time. Most notably, Juli’s game time decision making is fantastic and she had great intuition when making real time changes, such as placement of the bars due to space and flow and switching where the bride entered to walk down the aisle for optimal photography. Our wedding was the greatest day of our lives and we wouldn’t have been able to have done it without Completely Coordinated.
