Very unprofessional. Turned up an hour early rudely bashing on my front door. No introduction. Damaged a planter box with no apology. Jumped in and out of my neighbours yard without asking permission. Thought it apptopriatr to ask another neighbour for permission to come back into my yard at a later date, instead of asking me. Left my gate wide open when they left with no goodbye.
