Awful - not the technician but how the operation is run. Feb 2026 - High Temp of 34 degrees... our heat goes out. Our technician came out bright and early after being called. He said that he needed to order the part, it would be in the next day, then they'd come back out to restore heat. The next afternoon came and went and no call or tech. I called their office, talked to Lizzie and got the response - who told you that? Then it was no, we have to submit the bid to your property mgmt company, then wait for it to be approved, then order the part, then wait for it to come in, then schedule the install and we're busy so it will probably be next week. I asked if the tech was out yesterday morning, why didn't the bid get sent over until today? She said "we've been really busy". If it were my home and my say, I'd at that point not use them any further; however I rent and it's up to the property mgmt company. I reached out to landlord, then maintenance, they both agreed this was unacceptable... 1.5hrs later I get a call back from this Lizzie asking if tomorrow 9-10am is good? I was like what? You don't have to order the part and wait for it to come in now? Hmmm... she repeated is tomorrow morning 9-10am good? I said yes :) We'll see how it goes; but I think it will be fine with the technician; but the overall operation - not good, do not recommend! - Update: Technician Darryl E. came out and within 20mins of arrival had our heat back on. Great job Darryl! Do better Lizzie and Complete Temp Control as a whole!
