We had a stove problem, so I called Brand X, whose person never showed up despite having been scheduled 4 days earlier, and who never called back to explain when I called to find out where they were. Late in the day I then called another service front end, who offered Complete Repair LLC, we firmed up a call with Complete Repair; he showed up on time, did the job quickly, and it was a reasonable price. I have saved his card, and now know to call him directly, when I want reliable appliance service.

Recently the Oven pre bake and pre broil quit working. I called out Complete Repair LLC, Oleg arrived on time, polite, hardworking knowledgeable repairman,he was able to get our oven up and working in no time, I will be definitely be calling if i need more appliance repairs around the house

David was able to diagnose my washing machine very quickly, and came back on a Sunday to install the broken pump! It took all over half an hour and prices were reasonable. He looked at several other of my appliances I had questions about. I would definitely use him again, excellent service!

I called Complete Repair in the morning regarding a repair to a Maytag Neptune washing machine. David and assistant were literally there that afternoon. They confirmed the issue (a door lock!) was repairable. The part took a couple of days, then David was back to install and repair the machine. WOW!! Oh, WOW!!
