Nicole and Jay at Complete Auto Custom Paint and Body are by far the best place in Atlanta....PERIOD. I brought my 2016 Cadillac Escalade in 2024 to them and they saved me $145,000 because I was going to buy a new one. Instead the their paint job was so immaculate I changed my mind! I brought my wife's 2018 Genesis G90....same results. Again I will not go anywhere else in Life. Period!!!

If you need top notch, reasonable body work from a fair and reasonably priced establishment, please look no further. The workmanship, professionalism and speed surpassed my expectation. My first interaction was with the owner, Nicole. She calmed me down after hearing marked up prices with dealerships. She explained what the possibilities were ($$) and to take my car to the shop. This is a husband, wife and family business so I felt much better knowing they were personally invested in their business. Let me tell you, I am beyond satisfied. After driving in there with tape and tie-wraps, I picked my car up one week later (that was due to the holiday or it would have been sooner). The amount quoted was the amount I paid (honest). The overall job is fantastic - paint job - incredible. They even painted a panel (no included) that was damaged through my horrible attempt at taping. To top it all off, they took my car to the car wash! Toyota has never done that before.

Amazing customer service. Went to get a consultation for my side view mirror and they were able to order my part, and install it onto my car that next day , as well as color matching! 100% would recommended .

I hit a piece of tire rubber on the highway which caused deep scratches on my hood...Southside Complete took Phenomenal Care of my Baby.... I got it back in showroom condition!! I highly recommend!!

Very Good work and professional. Other shops were talking bout it would take two to three weeks to get done, but Jay got it done in three days looking like brand new with my accents back on there. Highly recommend this shop if you get in a fender bender and it is black owned.

They did a really good job and they got my car back to me a week after me dropping it off definitely will be coming back if needed

The pics below is after bringing my vehicle back twice and they still are asking me to bring the vehicle back to replace the bottom skid guard that fell off after my wife left the shop initially. This was an insurance claim and my income warned me to use someone inside of their network so they can guarantee customers satisfaction. I choose this auto body shop to give my money to my ppl, but as always it comes back to me paying out of pocket to another shop to fix what this shop said is the, “Best They Can Do.” by the owner while he proceeds to yell at me other the phone about my complaints… smh. The works should of been done right the first time, maybe the second. I refuse to keep going back and taking time off work to deal with attitudes to get my vehicle back to stock condition. The owner wife has excellent customer service and is ver responsive. I just wish that spilled over to the quality of work.
