I worked with Reid recently to set up an 'estate plan'. My family and other beneficiaries are out of state so my primary concern was to make sure in the event that something happens to me, there would be minimal issues for them which was my concern. He listened to me, my situation and provided a couple of options.
Reid is patient, punctual to respond to any questions and does a great job of explaining the whole process and the pros and cons of any decision. If/when I have to make changes, I will go to him immediately.
