Few days ago, I met a nice gentle man in our clinic referred from VA. Patient stated that during the pt interview, he had served army for few years and stationed at S. Korea in 1952-1954 as a combat medic, 2nd infantry division.
He was one of the soldiers who came from far away to save our family and country while he was devoting his golden ages. He remembered our country like the pictures below in 1952 which was once truly dependent on international aid, but is now well-positioned to contribute to others around the world.
The blood, sweat, and tears shed by veterans of the Korean War sowed the seeds of today’s freedom, peace, prosperity and plenty. Without your guys support, we couldn't overcome these hardships, adversities in a short period time and I couldn't be here today as well.
I sincerely thank once again the veterans, their families who sacrificed themselves for helping S. Korea, especially Alfredo. You are deserved for all treatments today as FREE.
