Completely ghosted us after signing a contract and putting down a deposit for a wooden privacy fence. We would follow up every few days by email text or call and get a response every other week with some excuse. Wouldn't set a start nor completion date. After two months of this we said we were done and pulled our deposit back by disputing it with our credit card company. Let Les know that we were no longer interested due to lack of communication. We were very disappointed with the service after seeing it so highly rated here on google.

They were on time and did a great job on the fence. It looks amazing! Each person we dealt with was very professional and kind. We needed a good quality fence for our dogs and that's exactly what they gave us. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Fence Company!

It was such a pleasure working with Les, Chris and the guys. They were patient with me and my time frame to complete the work. Reasonable price to fence the entire yard and ot looks beautiful. They took away all of the old fence and actually left the yard looking better than when they go here. I have elderly/nervous dogs and they were compassionate to that and my request to get the yard fenced in quickly and safely for my pups.

We signed a contract in January with a 50% deposit, and were told by Les West that our fence project would begin in late February. After months of excuses and constantly being given new dates, work finally started in late May. The same day he finished, he demanded full payment — even though several items were still incomplete ( which I guess at this point was a mistake paying him) He promised to come back the next business day to finish. Four months later, we are still waiting. Our gate doesn’t open at all, and we haven't been able to use our garage for months... He never installed the required access gate for utility companies. The project failed two city permit inspections. We had to hire a new company to finish their job. If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and feels like a scam operation
