We moved into these units 2 months ago and absolutely have been blown away by the whole experience. First you won’t find any other units like this that come with an air conditioned office. He builds the bathrooms. The units come with exhaust fans. The bathrooms comes with good quality stuff with a bathroom fan. The units come already with lights and plugs through the building. Has smoke detectors and emergency lights above the rear doors. The owner always responds immediately. I highly recommend his place.

We were looking for units and came across Commercial Cove Warehouses. From the moment we arrived we fell in love. The owner takes pride in every aspect of these units. From the bathroom, to the office, down to the layout. Every detail is considered in these units, from lighting, to exhaust fans, painting the bathroom and office, and even including an AC in the office and fan in bathroom. This is the nicest setup for any business. We love it here, and know anyone with a business, that cares about what a customer thinks, will also love it here. I’ve heard of turn key houses, but not warehouses… This is the place to be! Also cameras on every building and security measures on doors and bays. What else could you ask for?!!
