A Cape Coral diner called us after their kitchen manager mentioned the flat-top griddle "always had a hot side." Staff had been working around it for months — staging burgers on the right, keeping eggs to the left. Tickets were slow. Food was inconsistent. Nobody had connected it to the griddle.
