I went to this dentist for over a year for regular cleanings and a new crown. The cleanings were fine, but the crown they installed in October 2024 has caused ongoing pain and sensitivity. My new dentist informed me the crown was improperly seated—something that’s obvious even in the x-rays—causing it to grind against another tooth and wear down the enamel.
Now I have to pay out of pocket to replace the crown and deal with the additional damage it caused. When I contacted Comfort Smiles to ask for partial reimbursement to help pay for the replacement crown, and offered to show x-rays as proof, they refused.
Avoid this dentist. It will save you pain, time, and money.
