I have been a patient here for years, dating back to when the original owners, like Paresh, were still there. Unfortunately, over time there has been an obvious amount of staff turnover, and it has clearly affected patient care. During my last few visits, the office has felt chaotic and rushed. I was taken back late for my appointment, only to sit in the room waiting even longer before finally being seen. The office layout also provides very little privacy — there are practically no walls, so patients can hear everything. Hearing employees gossiping and speaking negatively about coworkers while patients are sitting nearby is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially when someone is about to work on your mouth. I have also experienced several billing and insurance issues recently. Whenever I try to speak with the office manager, I am consistently told that she is either “on her way in,” “not coming in today,” or that I “just missed her.” I’m then told to email her or call her personal phone. It’s frustrating because if the office manager is rarely present to address in-office concerns, it raises questions about how these issues are being managed. Other members of my family have experienced the same problem. I have continued coming here because, despite the lack of direction and organization, there have always been some wonderful employees — especially the hygiene team and the Asian woman at the front desk. They are some of the only familiar and consistently positive parts of the office anymore. I already have severe dental anxiety, and unfortunately, visiting this office now tends to make it worse. No patient wants to come in for something as stressful as a crown procedure while overhearing employees speaking negatively about one another or feeling rushed through their care. It’s unfortunate because this truly used to be a great office. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the professionalism, organization, and patient experience moving forward.

I’ve been a patient here for a little over a year and have had the best experiences! The staff is so friendly and they have gone out of their way to make sure insurance covers the cost of my care. They also have in house orthodontics services which makes it so much easier to get the care I need. Special shoutout to Jigar, the best dental hygienist, who always takes extra time to ask about me and how I’m doing. Dr. Piper is awesome too!

Comfort is an understatement! Multiple appointments with zero complaints. The doctors are friendly & professional, the assistant, Cecilia keeps the procedures efficient while maintaining pleasant small talk, and the front desk workers are all well informed and helpful with anything. Would give 6 stars, but 5 is the limit!

I hadnt been to a dentist my entire adult life. So about 16 years. I was terrified. These folks have helped that so much. They're incredibly patient and i didnt feel remotely judged when I was in literal tears during my cleaning. But tears were not because of them, they actually did their very best to keep me relaxed and feel like i was okay. When i came back for my first of many fillings. I could have fallen asleep in the chair i was so calm. Dr Handa was wonderful dare i say, i almost look forward to future visits, Thank you

Average cleanliness and basic services. Some stressed-rushed vibe from staff which is now common as these chains try to squeeze out the last dollar. The dentist assigned to me was not willing to do some special work requested. I understand the trend to do faster, better return type of work, but as I told them what I wanted in advance of setting the appointment, I resent the waste my time and having to use my annual cleaning and xray benefit there to be no cheaper. Plus was a nice kids' corner.

This was my first visit to Comfort Smiles after many years of dental neglect. My appointment was with Dr. Handa. I have MAJOR medical and dental fears as well as serious medical issues so it was important to me that the staff understood. Dr. Handa and the staff were VERY sweet and supportive and seemed to understand. My appointment was for consultation and xrays to evaluate my mouth and I left the office feeling more comfortable and confident that I had chosen the right dentist. She told me to call if I had any questions. At that point I would have given Comfort Smiles a 5-star review....but then things changed. Later that day (Wednesday) I realized I did have a few questions so called the office but my dentist had already left for the day so they left a message on her desk. On Thursday I did not receive a call and late in the day I called the office again to discover that she had once again left for the day and wouldn't be back in the office until Monday. I left another message and to be safe I made an actual appointment for Tuesday just to answer a few questions (not good use of anyone's time or resources). I know I'm a bit "high maintenance" because of my fears so not receiving a call was really upsetting and clouded my whole experience. I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication and believe that this is as important as the actual office visit. This is an update (5 days since my original appointment) I have left a number of messages for the dentist to call me and still haven't received a response. I'm going to the office tomorrow to pick up my x-rays (if they'll even give them to me) and will not return to this office. If a simple phone call can't be managed. I have no trust whatsoever in the care they provide.

I chipped my front tooth unexpectedly. Luckily, Dr. Handa and her team were able to get me a same-day appointment and fixed my tooth within 20 minutes. I always appreciate the friendly staff who clearly communicate the procedure and the cost of the procedure as well as what my insurance covers. It makes going to the dentist so easy

I've been with Comfort Smiles for about 20 years! Rachel is a fantastic hygienist, catching potential issues wirh her eagle eyed experience. I've now had 3 đź‘‘ (historically weak enamel and deep molar grooves - boo). Archer was super as a tech and assistant at all stages. Kind and comfortable!
