I have been a patient here for years, dating back to when the original owners, like Paresh, were still there. Unfortunately, over time there has been an obvious amount of staff turnover, and it has clearly affected patient care.
During my last few visits, the office has felt chaotic and rushed. I was taken back late for my appointment, only to sit in the room waiting even longer before finally being seen. The office layout also provides very little privacy — there are practically no walls, so patients can hear everything. Hearing employees gossiping and speaking negatively about coworkers while patients are sitting nearby is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially when someone is about to work on your mouth.
I have also experienced several billing and insurance issues recently. Whenever I try to speak with the office manager, I am consistently told that she is either “on her way in,” “not coming in today,” or that I “just missed her.” I’m then told to email her or call her personal phone. It’s frustrating because if the office manager is rarely present to address in-office concerns, it raises questions about how these issues are being managed. Other members of my family have experienced the same problem.
I have continued coming here because, despite the lack of direction and organization, there have always been some wonderful employees — especially the hygiene team and the Asian woman at the front desk. They are some of the only familiar and consistently positive parts of the office anymore.
I already have severe dental anxiety, and unfortunately, visiting this office now tends to make it worse. No patient wants to come in for something as stressful as a crown procedure while overhearing employees speaking negatively about one another or feeling rushed through their care.
It’s unfortunate because this truly used to be a great office. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the professionalism, organization, and patient experience moving forward.
