We used Comfort Keepers for my brother for a long time both for Home health care and overnight stays when I was away. All of their staff was great, compassionate and caring. Inwoukdcheartilybrecommed using them.

Comfort Keepers have been an absolute blessing for our family. Not only is their staff knowledgeable and professional, but they are truly kind and compassionate. From the very outset, they immediately made us feel comfortable that our loved one was in extremely good hands. After one full yr of our caseworker sending every other agency in state of MA to our home and dealing with rude, unhappy, lazy caregivers and homemakers who were just awful, she called this company. We couldn't be happier. The 2 workers who come are always smiling, they're both friendly, evidently happy with their job courteous and respectful. I love them. So does my partner. I can't say enough positive about my family's experience with Comfort Keepers. They came in and provided an invaluable service in helping care for my mother at a critical time. Each caregiver they sent to the house was incredibly compassionate and reliable. And Christine Norton, who coordinated my mother's caregiver team, treated us as though we were her only client in terms of her responsiveness and efficiency in addressing each of our requests. If the need ever arose in the future, I would hire Comfort Keepers again in a heartbeat.

Comfort Keepers is a wonderful option for a loved one to be able to stay at home. The reassurance of knowing that your loved one is getting the care and support they need in the comfortable of the their own home. All the caregivers that have worked with my mom have been supportive, understanding and extremely helpful during this time.

Had an elderly loved one who was taken care of by the lovely staff over at comfort keepers middlesex. Choosing to take care of your elderly loved one isn’t the easiest choice. Comfort keepers was able to help me out immensely when my grandmother started declining. If it weren’t for them, I can’t even imagine the stress and worry that I would have been experinecing all while working and finding time to care for myself as well. Thank you comfort keepers!
