Daniel was phenomenal. He let me know what was happening throughout the process and showed me the problems. He also did a pretty great job of cleaning up his mess. Much appreciated!!

Had 3 outdoor faucets leaking. Called comfort heroes they had Dan out here within 45 mins. Replaced all 3 faucets in about 90 mins. Tested everything and cleaned up after the job was done. Very easy guys to work with. Dan was a super guy and did a wonderful job.

Johnny was great! Very informative, explained everything that was going on with our system and talked us through all the troubleshooting steps. Tyler, Grant and Jeff did an awesome installation job and our house was cooling off just in time for summer!

Our A/C stopped working on Memorial Day when it was about 90 degrees. We called Comfort Heros and they had someone at our house within an hour. Johnny was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Once he figured out the issue, he gave use several options for the repair. He was patient with my questions and had the A/C working again in no time. The cost was a little higher since it was a holiday but it was worth it!!

Had Daniel from the plumbing side out for a maintenance flush on my water heater and he was very friendly. He explained everything he was going to do before starting. Broke down concern areas and sent me 3 quotes for different levels of replacement items he mentioned. There was no pressure to buy anything or do any additional work. He was a nice fellow and made the experience pain free and easy to understand.

Daniel was amazing with explaining what needs to get fixed and walking me through what he would be fixing. After he was done he walked me through again to show me all the items were fixed. Found the cold shut off valve for my basement sink that got replaced, leaked even in the shut off position. Called and asked to get it looked at. Daniel was quick and found that the valve had a factory defect. So he swapped the valves and triple checked that the new one didn't leak. He was very efficient and thorough with his work.

Jeff, Cole, and Daniel did a fantastic job installing my new furnace and water heater. Great communication throughout the entire process. Definitely would recommend Comfort Heros!

Daniel was great to work with and completed work in a timely manner. Had multiple items to work on and the pipes in our bathroom is exactly how we want them. No leaks and happy with the service.

I had positive experience with Grant and Johnny! They were quick, cleaned my dryer vents quick, and walked me through potential issues/failure points with the current dryer ductwork. They had no problems with my decisions to stay with basic maintenance, and I appreciate them giving me options while respecting my decision! Also, My furnace went out in the dead of winter and these guys were the only ones willing to do an emergency service call. Jeff (HVAC tech) swung by after hours, was professional and courteous, and walked me through the issue. He explained that the part was hard to come by along with a bit of history lesson on that part and gave me different options / recommendations. He got me up and running ASAP and while the furnace was down he recommended some intermediate steps to keep my home warm and undamaged while we waited for parts to arrive.
