I called this morniung and the tech came in the afternoon. Daniel was professional, explained everything and showed me to how fix the water heater when the pilot light goes out. He went through the whole house inspecting the plumbing and emailed me the recommendations. There was no pressure sale either. I would recommend this company. It was my first time using them. Daniel was pleasant as well as professional.

Daniel was great to work with and completed work in a timely manner. Had multiple items to work on and the pipes in our bathroom is exactly how we want them. No leaks and happy with the service.

Joseph was great. He explained everything to me in full detail but then took the time to compare it to something I would get. I appreciated having all of the information! I also felt like Joseph had my back and cared about what I was needing and capable of affording.

I needed a plumber to assist with installation of a new bathroom faucet. Comfort Heroes was able to send a plumber out within 2 days of my request. The plumber, Joe, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to complete the installation quickly and efficiently. Great service and a one year warranty to back their work.

Had a great experience with Comfort Heroes and their installation of a Halo 5 water conditioning system. The installation technician, Jeremy, arrived on time, clearly explained the installation process, kept the work area clean and tidy, and walked me through the system afterward. The job was completed in less time than originally quoted. Very happy with the installation and overall experience!

My furnace went out in the dead of winter and these guys were the only ones willing to do an emergency service call. Jeff (HVAC tech) swung by after hours, was professional and courteous, and walked me through the issue. He explained that the part was hard to come by along with a bit of history lesson on that part and gave me different options / recommendations. He got me up and running ASAP and while the furnace was down he recommended some intermediate steps to keep my home warm and undamaged while we waited for parts to arrive.

5 stars for Johnny! Was detailed in sharing what was found to be wrong with our furnace, address the problem areas, as well as make recommendations as to what needs to be done in the future. Estimates are sent through emails which is so helpful to see numbers and everything in detail. Thank you Johnny for all of your help!

Joe the plumber was not only friendly, courteous but he was very knowledgeable and informative. Took great care in leaving the area clean and informing me of the service. Solved our issue that another company in town could not figure out. Thanks again, Joe!
