Shawn was great! He honestly went above and beyond and was so nice. He really put in the work to pull some gross old filters out of wherever they go or weren’t supposed to be. Clearly I knew exactly what he was talking about, but he was patient in explaining what was wrong and answering all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. We needed a new heating system and the top notch service we received was phenominal. The sales rep Blaine was extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease with our purchase. My mom is 90 years old and we were in a tough situation with no heat. Although they were booked out a few weeks for installs, Blaine thought they might be able to move the schedule around a bit to fit us in. Within an hour after we had made our purchase, I received a call from Jordan to let us know they could do the install within a couple of days. At that point, I knew we definitely had chosen the right company given they went the extra mile to make it all possible. The installers Lance and Weston, were very nice, respectful, and got the job done. Words can't express the gratitude we felt towards our overall experience. What a great company!

Eric was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He explained what he serviced and as we have a fairly new furnace asked if we had any questions. He visit took alittle over a half hour and I would be happy to see him come for our next maintenance visit.

I was looking into a generator for my South Hill home. Conrad was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave detailed information about the generators and options available. He was also able to provide and estimate at the time of his visit.

Sean was a great , communicative technician. On time and respectful. Comfort Heating always sends a photo of our tech ahead of time, so we know who is at our front door.

Today I had a consultation with Blaine regarding replacing my current failing heat pump. The episode was very informative—we discussed options including changing from heat pump/ furnace currently to A/C/furnace, as well as using one of two brands of heat pump that satisfy my needs. I found Blaine to be honest, knowledgeable and pleasant. No hard sales effort. I will get further proposals/estimates, but would feel comfortable with Comfort Heating.

Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical sent their technician (JJ G) out to my house for an emergency repair of my backup generator. JJ was absolutely AWESOME in every regard. He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. He also took the time to point out several issues that I should check to alleviate future problems. I will definitely ask for him by name again whenever I call Comfort Heating & Cooling in the future.

Such an amazing team! Knowledgeable and kind. The job was done quickly and looked amazing. They walked me through every step of the way and taught me quite a bit. Plus, they like animals. Green flags all the way around. Call them! I promise you will not regret it!

Comfort is such a great outfit ! Every person I have dealt with has been professional and personable.. today, was no exception. Shawn spent several hours on the annual maintenance for the furnace and on demand hot water heater….way above and beyond any other company I have dealt with. Highly recommend this company.

The technician, Eric, came completely prepared, professional and friendly. He completely listened to what problems I was having and asked questions. He then went straight to work thoroughly going through the system found the problem and quickly fixed it. Then continued going through the rest of the system and made sure that each part was working to it's prime. Of all the technicians I have ever had not one was as thorough as Eric. He even explained the settings that would make the HVAC system work at optimum efficiency. I have never been so impressed with a technician or company before.
