If I could leave 0 stars regarding this business I would, but I’ll justify the 1 Star for the very kind and informative dental assistant (Alexis). Dr Chad and the front desk personnel were beyond unprofessional during my experience. I was charged a fee, I went back for my appointment, at the end I was surprised with an added fee of which of the front desk lady had told me was not going to be charged because she had looked into a new patient discount for me (after I had asked if they do anything off for healthcare workers, which she said they do not but she has gotten approval for me today) and had collected payment prior to the appointment per normal policy. They tried to force me to sign on to their Gold Plan in the middle out my visit, but why would I do that when I can go elsewhere and be treated with respect and honesty?! I was told it would be almost $800 for 2 tiny fillings..?! Outrageous. I would highly encourage you to NOT book with this establishment, unless you want to be coerced into hidden fees during the exam/ at check out, lied to, talked to as if you were just a dollar sign and papers shoved in your face to sign up for their plans for even more money, argued with and voice raised by the Dentist himself (Dr Chad). They asked if I had any concerns and when I stated them, the dentist was dismissive and did not answer anything, but the dental assistant did and I appreciate her kindly for her professionalism and kindness. I overall do not recommend and I will not be returning. I’ve never in my life had such an awful dental experience, let alone such a poor and very concerning customer service experience. Update: this is for the Windsor location, not Loveland. I cannot find a way to leave the review at their location but it is the same company.
