Luke come out to check our ducted Gas heater in which discovered was needing to be replaced. Very Reasonable Quote and was replaced in same week. Exceptional Service highly recommend!

My heater broke down before the start of winter, I called a trusted Werribee company (it has a fruit in their name) they came out was there for 1 minute and told me that I needed a replacement heater, quoted me nearly $5K, I rang Luke weeks later he told me that he could probably repair it and that I wouldnt need a new heater, Luke went out of his way, came over on sunday and fixed it for $300. I cannot reccomend Luke highly enough, he is honest and an unbeleivable guy with good values that doesnt go ripping people off.

I had an issue with my cooling system, and Luke came to fix it. He was incredibly friendly and efficient, handling everything with lightning speed. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone. Luke is a top-notch technician and a truly nice person!!
