Combat Power Washing

My awning completely blew off during the last wind storm. I have had 3 different adjusters come and say the awning was never attached to the 4 posts so in essences my awning was a kite flying in the wind. The post also shifted out of the deck. Again, I am being told none of those 4 posts are secured into the deck, rather they are simply sitting in the holes. I asked Kirk to come out and look at this and he told me he doesn't warranty against wind damage and that it wasn't his fault my posts were rotted. The posts going from the railing to the awning were completely installed by him, the prior ones were metal and each post had 3 bolts in the awning. After the fact, I called the city and was told a permit had never been pulled which was on the contract that Kirk would do prior to working on the deck. I have also asked Kirk to take down the picutre of my house from his website but this has yet to be done.

Kirk is professional, timely and friendly. He did a fantastic job on power washing my house. You can't be the amazing pricing and Kirk will make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend and will definitely be using his company again!

Our house looks incredible thanks to Kirk! I really appreciated that he took the time to educate us about the products he was using and how the process worked to remove the grime from our house. He was even able to get some decorative fencing to go from green (yuck!!) back to shiny white! Kirk was quick and professional, and I highly recommend his services! Kirk was incredibly helpful with explaining the process and what exactly was being done to service the house and was very prompt with response time and getting the appointment set up.
