My fur babies boarded at this facility 6 yrs ago and when we walked in this last week they immediately knew where they were & were comfortable. In my opinion pets have more freedom of opinions than their owners and when you have bad vibes you pass those along. They came home Sunday happy and healthy with no sulking
All the staff knew my pets personality and explained in detail how they did during their boarding but honestly the pets told me more when they returned home
The boarding is for them not you trust them

We have taken our lab several times here ! He seems to like the girls that work with him . It’s an easy process, you make the appointment, their drop off times are in the morning and pick up between 4 and 6. Pm. They are always friendly . I understand why they have rules about drop off and pick up times . So they don’t have to many in their lobby .and I know he is safe there .
