I am new to the spa world, and had Colorado Spa Pros recommended to me by two coworkers. Chase quickly ran diagnostics, solved the issue, and gave me a thorough “pro tips” of hot tub ownership. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism from the first phone call through the completion of my repair. I will use this company going forward, and would highly recommend!

Robby at Colorado Spa Pros went above and beyond, even though he couldn't fix our cedar hot tub. Here's why. Our recently installed tub had several issues, including a leaking jet assembly. Placement of the tub in our deck made potential repairs extremely difficult and expensive. Robby spent a considerable amount of time over email answering all my questions, trying to diagnose issues and offer advice. Eventually, he drove over 2 hours to come help. He spent over an hour with me on the deck in the cold and wind, checked ever angle and tried to think of every possible solution to our problem. In the end he was honest enough -- and disappointed -- to say he couldn't repair it, but suggested that I try applying Plast-Aid to all the PVC joints that I could reach. The fix worked. Robby refused to take any payment. Of the 15 hot tub companies I initially contacted 10 didn't even bother replying. Colorado Spa Pros was the most responsive and considerate by far. I highly recommend Robby and his team: professional, understanding, thorough, knowledgeable. You can't go wrong!

This was the first time we called Colorado Spa Pros, LLC for service. Devin was awesome setting up our troubleshooting appointment to address extreme water loss and grinding noises from the pumps. Our 23-year-old hot tub was on its last days, maybe. The equipment compartment was in sad shape, all rusted and blown seals on most of the equipment. I had been looking at new hot tubs, but was shocked at the current prices. Chase gave a very professional diagnosis and his thoughts on our situation (pros, cons and unknowns). In the end the decision was mine to rebuild the entire equipment compartment less the mother board. I even asked Chase to replace the control panel since it was always clouded with moisture preventing me from seeing the water temperature setting. Chase returned about a week later with the parts and went to work. The equipment compartment now looks like it came off the showroom floor meticulously clean with two new pumps, new water heater, new circulating pump and new hoses. We haven’t lost a lick of water except a wee bit for evaporation over the past 1.5 months. The equipment compartment is bone dry and the system is performing admirably. I am confident that we will see many more years of enjoyment from our 23-year-old hot tub. Thanks Devin and Chase!! You are our go-to team!

We were considering replacing our hot tub when the pump went out. We are very glad we connected with Robby at Colorado Spa Pros instead. He came out to our home well prepared and fixed it perfectly. I gave it a few months and it is still working perfectly allowing us to enjoy the outdoor hot tub experience even on the coldest days. These guys are the real deal. Colorado Spa Pros did a beautiful job cleaning our hot tub & getting it back to running with crystal clear water. They helped with the products needed, explained everything & serviced our hot tub with a smile. I wish I had found them sooner but I’m grateful that I know them now!
