After working with Tyler for a few weeks remotely to go see some land lots, and he was allegedly putting together a product to review with data on multiple properties he completely stopped communicating with me the day we landed in CO from Indiana. Not a single text response or call back after he told me he had blocked off his schedule for us for the weekend. There was a bad storm on one of the days, so I would be willing to give him some grace on that day, but completely ghosting us when we specifically made plans to link up with him and see some properties to tour and possibly buy is unacceptable and unprofessional. The motto for this business should be "Springs Realty; we'll over promise and underdeliver."
