Colonial Barber Shop, Charlotte NC

Finally found a barbershop that I can take my son to where they know how to cut hair and take their time. We will be repeat customers. Highly recommend. Priced higher than other shops but well worth it.

First time I got my hair cut here was by a guy in his 30-40s with a beard. He cut my hair really good, I’ve never received so many compliments. Today I got my hair cut by Todd and it was really bad. One side around the ear was taken up too high and he didn’t bother to match it on the other side. Front was kept too long. Sideburns weren’t brought up at all. Back was super crooked, it looked horrible.

Every barber here is talented and delivers fast and consistent haircuts. I go out of my way to come here simply because they have held on to the "no appointment needed" operation. If you want a great haircut, you may have to wait if they're busy, but it is always excellent.

Best barber shop in Charlotte, hands down. After leaving NY several years ago I tried a few different barbers in the area, but no one is as professional or consistent as Todd and his team. Todd, the owner, has cut my hair for 20+ years. He’s always kind, patient, and gives a great traditional barber haircut. The shop is always clean and neat. I’ve never had a bad haircut from here.

Great service. There are usually about 2 to 3 barbers working at any given time and they are all highly skilled in their craft. Walk-ins are welcome and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. High quality great spot for a haircut!

I've been going here since I was 6, and I am 60. It's my favorite place in the world to get my haircut. Since I've moved away, I've planned my schedule when in Charlotte to get my haircut here. Be advised, it is very busy on weekends.
