When I say this company treated me like family, I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. From the moment I walked in with my Dodge Durango after it had been sideswiped, I felt taken care of. Car trouble is already stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and reassuring. They asked me to leave a deposit and bring my vehicle back the next day — and when I returned, the parts were already there and painted to perfectly match my truck. That level of preparation and attention to detail meant a lot to me.They gave me a loaner, and by the very next day my vehicle was ready. I was so relieved until, unbelievably, while I was sitting in my car getting ready to pull off, another vehicle driving down Gratiot toward 8 Mile hit my Durango and knocked the driver side mirror completely off. I was in complete shock.I walked back inside the collision shop and explained what had just happened. Without hesitation, they immediately came outside, assessed the damage, pulled camera footage, and within minutes were looking for a replacement mirror. No frustration. No blame. Just action. They put me in another loaner and replaced my mirror free of charge.That meant more to me than they probably realize. It wasn’t just about fixing a car — it was about how they showed up for me in a stressful moment. I loved the place when I was in there getting my bumper fixed. The owner was very chill and I liked that about him. He was good guy I could tell. Also the service was very quick and affordable .. basically they do a very good job. I hope to not have to go in there again. But if I do get into an accident .. I'm gonna go back in

Best experience ever. Joe was so patience with me , I’ve always been afraid to do things on my own because it is known that some men often take advantage of women because we know nothing about cars! However he made sure to explain in great details what the damage was and realistically what could be fixed considering the extent of the damage instead of just quoting me a price to take my money and do the job. I trusted his expertise greatly and Collision King had my forever loyalty.
