When I say this company treated me like family, I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. From the moment I walked in with my Dodge Durango after it had been sideswiped, I felt taken care of. Car trouble is already stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and reassuring. They asked me to leave a deposit and bring my vehicle back the next day — and when I returned, the parts were already there and painted to perfectly match my truck. That level of preparation and attention to detail meant a lot to me.They gave me a loaner, and by the very next day my vehicle was ready. I was so relieved until, unbelievably, while I was sitting in my car getting ready to pull off, another vehicle driving down Gratiot toward 8 Mile hit my Durango and knocked the driver side mirror completely off. I was in complete shock.I walked back inside the collision shop and explained what had just happened. Without hesitation, they immediately came outside, assessed the damage, pulled camera footage, and within minutes were looking for a replacement mirror. No frustration. No blame. Just action. They put me in another loaner and replaced my mirror free of charge.That meant more to me than they probably realize. It wasn’t just about fixing a car — it was about how they showed up for me in a stressful moment. It’s not to many places that make feel safe and secure when considering getting collision work done. Collision King exceeded all my expectations! I loved the place when I was in there getting my bumper fixed. The owner was very chill and I liked that about him. He was good guy I could tell. Also the service was very quick and affordable .. basically they do a very good job. I hope to not have to go in there again. But if I do get into an accident .. I'm gonna go back in

I would consider myself one of the most difficult customers. My expectations for quality control while making sure I get the best price are in the Forefront of my mind when considering services. Collision King absolutely blew me away. They were the fourth estimate that I had gotten on my vehicle and they were the best price by far. After I had already given them my vehicle and I paid for the parts in advance I called them because I needed to have my vehicle sooner than we had originally agreed upon. They didn't give me any push back and agreed to put it to the front and have it back to me within 3 days I preface that by saying this was a big job with the whole right side needing parts and paint. I didn't have a ride to drop off my vehicle nor a ride to pick it up from Collision King and they graciously offered me courtesy shuttle back and forth to work. After they quoted me the job they found another blemish and I would have assumed that they would charge me more and to my surprise he just offered to paint the panel at no additional charge and told me that it was probably for the best for blending purposes. To me that's a big deal cuz I know paint costs are one of the larger expenses and they just decided to incur those costs in an effort to make sure that I was happy. It's really hard to get good customer service nowadays and have work done with companies that care about quality control but Collision King raised the bar and I am very impressed I almost want to crash one of my cars just so that I can go back in and receive excellent service again. LOL
