Collingswood Smiles has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. After the heartbreaking loss of my childhood friend, who was also my dentist, I found myself in need of a new dentist. It was a difficult transition, as I had long associated dental visits with the comforting familiarity of my friend. However, from the moment I stepped into Collingswood Smiles, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. Dr. Park is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to truly listen to her patients’ concerns and desires. Her approach is gentle and reassuring, which is especially important for someone like me who was feeling a bit anxious about finding a new dentist. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant from start to finish. Overall, I am grateful to have found Collingswood Smiles and Dr. Park. They have made a challenging situation much easier for me, and I look forward to my future visits knowing that I am in good hands, literally.

Dr. Park and Amanda were great. My previous dentist retired unexpectedly and had left me with some dental issues unresolved. They immediately identified the issues and recommended solutions. They created a temporary crown to resolve the tooth pain I was having on the spot. They were very thorough and professional all while making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them as it was night and day compared to previous dental offices I have used. Everyone was wonderful including the receptionist who got me in right away for an appointment and they followed up with me the next day to see how my tooth was feeling.

This office makes dentist visits enjoyable! I went in with a terrible toothache and they were able to help me out in a timely manner! I came back to get everything else checked out and they have been nothing but kind. Most dentist offices I’ve been to tend to harshly lecture and embarrass patients over a cavity, but this office was understanding and gave me tips to help prevent more cavities in the future!

I started to go here couple months ago and they’ve fixed everything that I needed to get taken care of. Everyone is friendly and professional. The front desk ladies are fantastic with working with your insurance and giving detailed information to you. There are sister locations so if you need something done in a pinch and they don’t have any availability, they can look at their other two locations for more options. If I ever move from Collingswood I will commute for a check up! Thank you for all that you do and being great!

I feel SO lucky to have found Collingswood Family Smiles. I was reading our local magazine which covers everything Collingswood has to offer. It was at the very end that I saw an ad saying something like “we fix smiles”. I honestly don’t even remember exactly what it said. I just made the decision to call them. From the first phone call I had my first appointment. I told the receptionist that I had some teeth that were stained and one that was an adult tooth but it looked like a baby tooth. They took me back to the chair and I eventually met Dr. Park. She looked at my teeth and without making me feel any worse, she talked about the two main options to move forward. When I left, the receptionist gave me a printed copy of both quotes. The less expensive (more invasive) option and the more expensive (less invasive) option. I then followed up with Dr. Park because I still wasn’t fully understanding the difference between the two options. She explained in more detail and then suggested starting with one tooth off to the side. Being that it’s 2025 in America, I really had no choice but the cheaper option. When Dr. Park finished the first tooth (which took maybe an hour) I almost couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I think I cried a little- it was really emotional. I then went on to have another. Then two more. And I just got back from getting the last two done today. Dr. Park is working miracles here in Collingswood! She’s like the Michelangelo of dentistry!! But it’s not just her- everyone else who works there is so kind, caring and compassionate! I seriously want to call them all out by name but I just can’t remember all their names and it wouldn’t be fair if I left anyone out. I don’t really like the negative reviews in general. I know they’re necessary. Especially when it comes to a dentist (if you’re going to a huge factory like dentist that’s the opposite of “Western”, then you don’t have a good dentist. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Park- the way she works, the work itself, and her upbeat voice. Often humming (and sometimes singing) to the music in the background. She is simply the best. If you think your dentist isn’t doing a great job, or if you (like me) had some teeth that need a little TLC, then you need to call them now and make your consultation appointment. I don’t know if I want my ugly smile being on the internet for all the world to see. And even though we forgot to take a “before” picture before the first few appointments, we eventually remembered. I will give Dr. Park consent to show you my before and after pictures. Just keep in mind it was taken after she had already fixed two out of six teeth. I never thought about getting work done on the bottom teeth but now that my upper teeth are so beautiful, I’m afraid I’m gonna have to shell out more money because I feel SO much better. No one should be unhappy with their smile. It’s not cheap, but Dr. Park has two options. And if my teeth look this good after the less expensive option, then I can’t even imagine how they would look. I can’t imagine anything better. I love my new smile! I love Dr. Park and her staff. Do yourself a favor and call them. I’m sure she would do one tooth at a time if that’s all you can afford. You’ll be so happy you’ll be SMILING!! And going back to the mirror to look again! What a difference! I no longer hide my smile! I love it!! Thank you, Dr. Park and thank you to everyone at Collingswood Family Smiles!

I would recommend Collingswood Family Smiles Wholeheartedly. Upon entering I was greeted with the front desk dental receptionist Alicia . She was very pleasant and informative about the office and explained what I would expect on my first visit . I have had my teeth cleaned in other offices but have never experienced the most thorough , knowledgeable dental hygienist from beginning to end of service . Rhonda’s pleasant demeanor along with her specialty treatment were above and beyond no other I have experienced . I have met Julia , the other hygienist and she was just as pleasant and professional working with her fellow coworkers . I recommend this office for anyone that wants to be treated with the utmost oral care . Thank you to the Staff and Doctor Jean Tan Susan

So I am a nervous patient and have had really bad dental experiences. But they have helped to change that! They were SO WONDERFUL here. Amanda held my hand and helped to distract me when I had to get novocaine and Dr. Chuong was so patient and kind. Rhonda the hygienist might be an actual angel and the front desk attendant is so sweet and friendly and helpful. They’re lovely people and very good at their jobs.

Not a dentist that is good for people with any kind of anxiety not good at respecting the patients point of view or patient boundaries and limitations. Not good or honest communicators at all. Really hurt my feelings cried all the way home. If you had been interested in helping me resolve anything it would have been offered while in the office not after writing a review. Also not cleaning a patients teeth at all definitely does comprise patient safety I agree with that. Making your hygienist act as a a doctor definitely a safety issue.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the staff is so kind, the office is extremely clean, and I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. Every time I’ve gone to the dentist in the past I’m nervous but here they make it such a positive experience that there’s nothing to be nervous about. This will be my forever dentist office!!
