Honestly despite the reviews their service worth their price and they do the job right and can save your and your driver's time. However, their payment collecting system is a nightmare and not really customer oriented. Hopefully, they will make it easier and more convinient for customers over the time. Overall, I can suggest these guys for those who values their time and more focused on the solving issue rather than going back and forth for days with shady services with inflated reviews. Also they give their pricing upfront which is honest thing to do.

Always reliable, dispatcher is always so helpful. Very quick response time. You might spend a little more but you get what you pay for. They come directly to you and the parts are good quality parts.

We spent 5 hours looking for a towing or mobile service provider to get our truck moving out of the USPS facility. Colemans were able to send a mechanic well before the provided ETA. Everyone was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Mechanic on site was able to get the situation figured out quickly and get the truck moving. Pricing might seem a little high initially but as they explained over the phone and showed it in their work they are efficient and fast, others might charge less to begin with but you will end up paying more because they will spend too much time not knowign what they doing anyway.

I ripped my trailer door off and was very concerned I would have to maybe drive to a repair shop with no door. But I called Coleman and he dispatched a road service truck to me immediately.Coleman got the parts fast late at night and the mechanic was very fast and knowledgeable and fixed my door fast .I urge anyone with a breakdown in the Pittsburg area to call Coleman first.

Coleman Repair is a lifesaver. I called every mechanic in the city and everyone was booked for weeks. They came out and fixed everything on the spot to get me back on the road after my brake line failed. They really know their stuff and were straightforward about what could be wrong with my truck. The staff is genuine and the pricing is fair, especially since they come to you. I’d recommend them to anyone.

My semi wouldn’t start while waiting at staging pad waiting to be called to the oil and gas pad doing contracting work for Halliburton. I called several companies beforehand to no avail. Coleman repair answered on the first ring I think.! lol The technician/mechanic that came out found the problem in less than 30 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed all in a matter of minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. I’m being totally honest when I say that $824 bucks is expensive for what the problem was, but I understand what comes with an emergency roadside service when called upon. They pull no punches. They let you know upfront what and how much their service will cost. When Michael Jordan is playing for your team it’s going to cost you a ton of money. Quality always comes with a hefty price tag. This repair company is the Bulls of the 90’s with a Technician like Mike!!! lol He is that good!! Either you’ll love them, or, hate them!! But you damn sure will respect them!! Thanks

I used “Coleman” mobile mech services for my burnt alternator. Absolutely satisfied. The job was done quickly by Dan! Yes it’s pricey, but same as everywhere, i dont understand why people complain, everything belongs to trucks is not cheap!

I had Coleman come to my house to replace the rear airbags on my 40' motorcoach. They communicated well, showed up on time, and were very friendly and easy to deal with. Service is expensive anywhere, and I found Coleman to be inline with what others charge for on-site repair work. Sure is cheaper than a tow would cost.
