Let’s talk medical for once. This is the most professional office. Dr Cole is amazing. He has the heart of gold. He really shows compassion and listens to your concerns. He’s answered all my questions about my health. Any concern I have he’s on it. He makes me feel comfort in my most valuable time. It’s tough to find a doctor that cares and treats patients as people instead of numbers. You will not feel like a number with Dr Cole. You’ll feel like you matter and your health matters. Everyone in this office is very professional and friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. You will get answers. I’ll be going here anytime I need assistance. You should too!

Cole Surgical Arts is outstanding all around - I can't recommend them enough! Dr. Cole is very compassionate, caring and LISTENS to his patients concerns. He doesn't talk down to them, and isn't dismissive like some physicians in Fort Payne who appear to be on an 'ego trip'. Dr. Cole is very personable, and truly seems to care about his patients. Front office staff - excellent. New patient intake - excellent. After consulting with another surgeon in the area, and having a nightmare experience with that practice and office (apparently I'm not the only one), I lost hope in finding a good surgeon for my medical needs. I thank God for Dr. Cole and his staff. DeKalb County is lucky to have him.

It's unfortunate that I had to get so sick to meet Dr. Cole and his wonderful staff, but they turned my otherwise unpleasant condition into a positive experience with their kind and friendly manner. As he respectfully and thoughtfully explained what would happen (and would could happen) during my procedure, it quickly became obvious that Dr. Cole is very good at what he does. He and his staff are some of the most positive and caring people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Cole and his staff..I have never had a Dr. Come talk to me before surgery and after surgery..and all his staff is the sweetest, nicest group I have ever dealt with..so conciderant and caring..when you call you always get to talk to someone and they are the best..never hateful or uncaring..I can't say enough good about Dr. Cole and his whole team..I would definitely recommend him to anyone..Really love you all. thanks for making me feel I was cared for and taken care of..they make you feel like family.

I had such a great experience at Dr. Coles office. He and his office staff are wonderful! They go above and beyond for their patients. My family and I are forever grateful for everything Dr. Cole has done for us. I could go on and on about how great and wonderful he is, but go and see for yourself! You will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Cole is by far the best doctor I have ever seen! It was so easy to see how kind and gentle he was just by meeting him. Dr. Cole's staff made my visits a BREEZE! Leanna and Renea were so sweet and helpful. I have never felt more cared for at any other office. 10/10!

Dr. Cole is very attentive and present with his patients. He never tries to rush off to his next task or patient. He always makes you feel like you’re the most important priority at that moment. That means a lot when you are already nervous about going to the doctor. Highly recommend this physician!
