Andrew was amazing! 10/10 recommend this company. Not only did he tow my vehicle, he also helped diagnose what was wrong with it. I can't thank him enough for his help and able to get me and my husband home safely!! This is from the Hillsdale location.

Even after a bad accident at the car show. Coldwater towing got my car taken car of. Josh went above and beyond for my “baby” even though it was a total loss. Very grateful for these guys!!!!!

These guys will be the cheapest around Hillsdale now.. great service, great people. Every single one of them on this crew are super friendly. They will treat you like family.. Did a 4 hour tow for me was 200-250 less then anyone else I could find. You won't regret making these guys your first decision to call when you need help.

If you don’t mind them towing your car with no confirmation that they’ve arrived or are leaving it’s a wonderful company. Would have given it zero stars if I could have. Do not recommend! Will not ever use them ever again.
