COIT Cleaning and Restoration

I had Coit pick up a set of drapes for cleaning. Two and a half weeks later, they returned them in the EXACT same condition. The guy who picked them up tried to convince me that the curtains—which smell musty, are covered in dust, and were returned in a trash bag—were professionally dry cleaned. I never received a promised call from a manager, so I filed for a charge back with my credit card company. Needless to say, do not recommend.

Beware! Coit came out to do carpet and tile cleaning. In the process of cleaning the tile in my kitchen, they splashed chemicals on my stainless steel refrigerator. It stained/corroded the entire bottom half of my refrigerator doors. It took weeks and lots of calls to get them to come out and try to fix it and when they did come out, they made it worse by trying to buff it out with a machine. I have spent 6 months reaching out to Ricky and Darnell with either no response or promises of repairs. It is very disappointing. SEE YELP reviews. Sadly, I should have read yelp reviews as this is not the first time they ruined stainless steel appliances during tile cleaning and have a lot of 1 star reviews. Filed a complaint with BBB, hopefully they can help get my refrigerator repaired.

I had a fantastic experience with COIT Cleaning! The team was professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job on my carpets. They were thorough and left my home looking and smelling fresh. I needed to get my sectional couch cleaned and COIT did wonderful! They were super nice, talkative, and professional! My couch looks amazing now. They told me that the water was so dirty and after the job done, it looked so clean and fresh! They have great deals when it comes to payment as well! Totally check them out!

We needed our carpets cleaned before moving out of our rental. I have to say, the carpets looked better after COIT got done with them than they looked when we moved in. There is no doubt we will get our security deposit back. Thanks COIT!! You guys rock. Very professional and quick too.

I needed to get my carpet and couches cleaned quickly because I was hosting a Super Bowl party. COIT came by on somewhat short notice and really made my living and dining room come to life. And their tech was really polite and professional. I literally had to call them again after the Super Bowl party to clean again lol. Definitely 5 stars from me

Don't use COIT; they take advantage of homeowners who are female and not handy. I live in Carmel Valley. Coit came to my house on Sept 7 to clean the dryer-vent. The technician gave estimate for $426, and told me it's a difficult job because the vent goes to the roof and he had to do some high-tech cleaning thoroughly and 3 times throught the "chimney," other wise it's a fire hazardz. And that recent there are a few houses in San Diego set on fire by the dryer vent not being cleaned. It kind scared me a little. I thougth COIT is a reputable company, and agreed to the price. While he was setting up the tools and things, I went insidet to make some noodles. The technician called me in about 10-15 minutes to show me a pile of lint he extracted, and told me it's all done. I found out all he did was using a little brush hooked to a wire and used a drill to rotate through the vent pipe - no suction, no vacuming, no chimney cleaning. I asked him to try again, and another lump of lint came off just like that (see the picture). I was surprised and I showed him how it was done properly on youtube where people at least use a vacume to extract out the lint and dust while the brush rotated. He said Coit's vacume is too strong would damage my house. I asked to talk to a manager, the manager said I need to sign a waiver that if they damage my house they are not responsible....etc.etc... I didn't want to give the technician a hard time because he had to make a living, so I paide $426 for 15 minutes of poor job. The company is terrible taking advantage of people and hike the price and cheat on people with inferior services. Long story short, it was extremely bad experience.

My living room carpet was in desperate need of a Spring cleaning. I was able to get an appointment quickly on the day I requested and Gabe Sanchez and his intern did a great job! I had several stains that needed extra attention and now the carpet looks like new!

Hire Coit to clean some air ducts, wood floors and carpets at my parents house what a huge difference. My parents are so pleased with Coit as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Would recommend using in the future. Thank you Coi!!

I had two rugs that were super stained and dirty, I got them done about two weeks ago. I got quote and someone came out the next day to do the job. My goodness the rugs came out looking brand new, One of them being an expensive wool rug, which they took extra precautions with. The other being a large white rug which they took care of no problem. The man who came to do the job was very kind and respectful too, didn’t happen to catch his name unfortunately. But i was very impressed with how it all came out looking at the end! Again very accommodating and friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get their rugs or drapes looking like brand new again ! Not to mention smelling good as well
