Cody Newsom has gone out of his way for me and my family on multiple occasions during the process of buying our home. Cody is an excellent realtor and his customer service is unbearable. If he’s not available to answer your call he always follow a back up in a timely manner. He stays in touch and keeps you updated on all matters. He’s also one that thinks outside the box to get things done! Cody Newsom is awesome! Not sure if buying or renting but Cody is very knowledgeable and cares about his tenants. Any problems or concerns I ever had he had them checked/solved same day or next day. Couldn’t ask for a better landlord to be honest.

He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the real estate market and is very nice and open. We bought our house sight unseen other than video calls with Cody. He didn’t just show the selling points he also showed the good the bad and the ugly. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family. He is a great guy.
