Excellent work done by a lovely fella! Tommy was absolutely amazing, he was on his was as soon as I called and could see the issue straight away. No call-out fee on a busy Saturday has to be applauded and the service was top notch. Lovely and polite, he kept me up to date on exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it, completely saving a previously bodged job! I’d strongly recommend Cobra Locksmiths any day.

Oh where do I start, absolutely amazing service, literally went above and beyond to get us back into our property. The most genuine fair priced hard working men. Honestly their prices are genuine, thought i would be charged a lot more. I have used lock smiths before but their professionalism and standard of care was amazing. I can not thank them enough I will literally be singing their praises for a long time. No hidden costs locks changed the lot for a fraction of the price others have charged. Thank you so much lads your worth your weight in gold.

Fantastic and friendly service Tommy was fantastic from start to finish very professional and tidy... 1 window turned out to be a bigger job than expected but he didn't complain just got on with it. Called on a Sunday morning to come look at a mortise lock that was catching and making the door very difficult to unlock. Tommy gave me a time he could come out same day to assess the problem and to give a price with no obligation to go ahead. He called 15/20mins ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. His quote was very reasonable (esp as it was a Sunday), he fixed the problem and the lock now is the smoothest it's been in years. Also gave another reasonable no obligation quote for a second issue I asked about without any pressure to go ahead. Tommy was professional, friendly and courteous throughout. Would recommend.

Can’t thank Tom enough for coming out today and fixing our door. Little did we know how close it was to completely breaking. He changed the gearbox, realigned the door and changed the handle and lock. It’s like a new door again! Honestly didn’t think I’d get help with it being a Sunday but he was out first thing!
